• The Airport has a Muslim prayer rooms and halal food outlets in both public and transit areas.
• Muslims who come to Thailand will really appreciate that two prayer rooms are provided for Muslim travelers in the transit area of Suvarnabhumi Airport. One is located in the departure hall at the linking area between international passengers terminal 1 and 2 and the other one is in the departure hall of the domestic terminal.
• There is also a Muslim Prayer Room in the Public Area of the Airport. Toilets and ablution facilities are also provided in these rooms. The signs to the prayer rooms are easily noticeable and signage and directions to the prayer rooms are very visible. It’s advisable for the travelers to pray in the airport, as there are no mosques in close proximity to the airport.
• Jumu'ah salaath is also conducted in the Muslim prayer room in the public area.
• Ask airport staff for direction.
