  • Al-Falah Mosque, as are the other 60-odd mosques in Singapore, is under the administration of the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS).

Built in 1987 on the ground floor of Cairnhill Place, a mixed-development, it traces its roots back to the former Angullia Mosque at Angullia Park. The former site now houses Wheelock Place.
The property itself costed S$1.7 million, and the interior another S$0.3 million approximately, making the total cost of the Muslim communal centre near S$2 million.
After twenty years in existence, the mosque now stands proud in the midst of vibrant city activity, contributing to the spiritual and social well-being of its community.
The mosque's niche is Islamic Learning in the English language. It aims to serve the needs of its congregation which hails from a colourful background of various ethnicities and the English-educated Singapore Muslims.
It is the only house of worship in Orchard Road, Singapore's main city shopping belt.
