- Nearest is at Novotel Clarke Quay. (Also for Liangcourt shopping centre). Car park, Level 5-Central Lift Lobby: There’s a small space just outside the exit of the Lobby. It’s in the Carpark. Slippers are provided. For ablution, please go to the 2nd floor toilet of the West Lobby,there’s a Low Sink of ablution.
